After acceptance of our proposal, we develop a detailed plan together with details on where to start, with the products we need adapted to the US consumer, and with supply chain specifics.
It will contain actions needed as well as time estimations and specific evaluation points.
After all have signed off on the plan we start the operational part. Through our and your network, marketing on specified channels, and at trade shows we make contact with potential customers or distributors. This includes preparation of brochures and Power Points, a first (virtual) meeting, in-person presentations, sample shipments and eventually follow-up meetings.
Usually, a first meeting is done by us and we have someone from Europe fly in when we have a second meeting with decision makers.
For trade shows we manage show logistics, regular booth design, staffing during the show and trade association memberships. Any contract or Purchase Order we receive will have to be approved by you. We do not accept orders without your written approval.
