For your first trip the US we will guide you through the basics for those that have limited experience with American culture. 

In the beginning we help you navigate the visa (ESTA) process, explain what you must do entering the country, we can pick you up at the airport and get you acquainted with American hotels, restaurants, and tipping. We schedule appointments at economic development agencies in the area we are visiting, look at possible buildings that match your goals and meet local realtors. 

Secondly, we plan introductory meetings with vetted service providers so you can choose the right partner that fits your company culture.

And thirdly we schedule meetings at the Embassy or consulate and set up meetings with other companies that already made the step across the Atlantic. It is always a good idea to talk to others who went before you and learn from their experiences.
